Terms of Service

Thanks for the interest in my artwork! Please read this document before commissioning me. Keep in mind, when you send me money you are agreeing to the TOS whether you read it or not.

Artwork Commissioning Agreement

• I reserve the right to change and/or edit this document whenever I see fit. I also reserve the right to refuse a commission or decline business with you for any given reason. I do this to protect myself and my transactions. (Bad reputation or TOS violation are the usual cases).

• I accept commissions via Paypal only. Once this transaction is made you are bound legally to this contract and all it entails. I take upfront payments only, I will not comply with requests to pay half or pay at a later date. No work will be done until payment is received in full.

What I will not draw (This list is subject to change)

• Minors, in a sexual situation with another minor or an adult. (I am OK with drawing children and babyfurs in clean images though!)
• Scat
• Sacrilegious, racist, sexist, or images that depict abuse beyond BDSM situations. (Fighting is alright)
• Egg Laying
• Nazi uniforms or anything glorifying nazism.
• Extreme obesity, extreme muscles, etc. (In these cases inflation is alright and some hyper images. Please inquire with specifics though!)

• I only accept payment through paypal with the entire payment up front.

• I will not begin work until the payment has been received.

• A very helpful tutorial on how to pay for commissions

• I will usually send out a sketch to be confirmed by you before I finish the image. That is your time to be picky! I will not send out a confirmation sketch for colored sketches, YCH auctions or icons.

• I am willing to make changes in the sketch approval stage.

• Small things like piercings, small markings, and small objects can be added to the end product I suggest asking for a second confirmation if you are afraid I will miss small details

• All sales are final, if you are not pleased in the final work after the sketch has been 100% approved, you will have to purchase a redo which is the same price as the piece before. You will receive both pieces.

• 100% refunds can be given, as long as I have not started working on the image. If work has been done, you can receive a partial refund (amount depends on the amount of work done) and the image that has been started.

You may

• Upload it to your account on various websites, as long as my name and a link to me are given.
• Print it out or use as a logo for personal and non-profit use.
• Crop part of your commissioned image for use as an icon.
• Use your commission as part of your reference sheet of your character.
• Ask that your piece be kept private. You may not
• Make any money off of the commission.
• Claim you drew the piece yourself.
• Use the piece to slander/bring harm to me.
• Commission me for any pieces that contain one character harming or engaging in explicit acts with another without both character’s permission.

Prices

Sketch: $15 + $5 for each additional character A slightly textured digital sketch of your character, flat color can be added for an additional price.

Colored sketch: $25 + $15 for each additional character colored sketch, with some shading & highlights. Flat-Color Image: $40 + $15 for each additional character Flat colors with clean lines. Minimal highlights

Cel Shading: $60 +$30 for each additional character Solid cast shadows to create depth. Minimal highlights.

Soft Shading: $80 + $45 for each additional character Softened feel to a cel shaded image. includes more shading, and minimal highlights.

Icon: $30 + $5 for couples soft shaded icons that come with a high res version. 3 x 3 inches or 900 x 900 pixels.

Additional Details

Any sketch, or flat color can be upgraded to a higher tier image, inquire for price.

Basic Backround: (Included in price for colored pieces) simple colored backround

Backround Items and Props: + $5 small props such as gear, toys, bed, etc… on a simple backround

Specific Backround: + $20 commissioner or artist choice of specific backround

Complex Backround: + $30 to start Full detail backround. starts at $30 and goes up depending on complexity
